Sound quality 💯! I connected this unit to a portable speaker system and it sounds like it was from my original review, I've been having problems ever since. I contacted the company and no one got it Back to me Very disappointed I wanted to know why the platter wobbled after a while and the records played at drag speed. and then the company never responded to emails. No contact, and of course everyone blames COVID for the lack of contact. So angry. This item could have been great merchandise due to the ongoing vinyl renaissance. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY. There are two models. I bought three of the first model. as a gift No problem with them but the problem was with model 2. I bought this model because of the audio tech pen, for me it will be a better pen and a clearer sound. But it is better to buy a cheaper model and a more reliable system. Three purchases and exchanges of model 2 and the same problem occurs after 30-40 days of play
