Review on Jabra Evolve 65e Wireless Neckband Headset: Link 370, MS-Optimized - Superior Sound, 13 Hours Battery Life, Passive Noise Cancelling by Shannon Baroody

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Line of sight required, comfortable

the microphone sounds too nasal, but otherwise the voice quality is quite good. the neckband is quite comfortable, the winglet on the earphone stings a bit. The buttons are all pretty tight. The 3 volume up/down and answer call buttons are all the same size, making it difficult to tell them apart. The audio is good, but as soon as I leave my room and walk down the hall about 10 feet away from me and the line of sight is blocked, the signal becomes very distorted and intermittent. I don't lose touch, but I can barely understand what other people are saying because it's so distorted. The answer button does not work to answer Avaya One-X agent calls. The headset was recognized immediately as soon as I connected the 370 link to my computer. The headset frequently goes into sleep mode to save battery power. a female voice says "mute" or "on" every time I mute my headset.

Pros
  • I'll keep my fingers crossed
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
