Wires connected incorrectly

As someone mentioned there are 4 wires going to the 5 pin solder connector but the wires are connected to pins 1, 2, 3 and 5 and should be connected to pin 1. 2. , 3 and 4 with 5 blank. Who makes such poorly fitted stuff that doesn't work compared to the original fitment.
