Remember to swallow them - don't use them as peppermints
They are meant to be inhaled and help relieve stomach pain, but remember to swallow them without sucking them up like a peppermint, because, if you do this without reading the directions (like I haven't), other essential oils aren't as tasty as peppermint oil after they start melting in your mouth. They freshen your breath and calm your stomach. Highly recommended.
