This company is amazing! I bought this pillow for my 2 year old daughter but after a few weeks she noticed that she either rolls off of it or sleeps with an odd angle of her neck. I contacted the company and received a very good, informative response, recommending that we try the pillow a little longer due to the transition period and updating them on our progress. After a few months the baby slept on it sometimes but only at the bottom so I contacted the company again and they kindly sent a flatter pillow. Baby loves his pillow from day one, but now he sleeps through the night with his head resting directly on the flatter pillow! The quality is also excellent, has withstood many washes. It lints a little in the dryer (tumble dry low or air dry) but maintains its fluffy level (which she prefers) when air dried. Recommend this pillow to parents of small children!
