Halloween hit is good for clothes
This skirt was a big hit in our area! I glued butterflies on it and added LED wings. It came with a strap for a battery pack, but I ended up wearing leggings with petticoat pockets and put the battery pack in one and three remotes in the other. although my waist is small (24.5 inches).
