The customer support is amazing! They are always willing/able help you as much or little if needed in an easy manner that makes sense with your business situation.

This software has been very helpful so far when dealing wih my clients who have had their own internal data issues (ie hacking). It's helped me see where they were going wrong by using this program instead of just guessing at what was happening internally from logs only which can be confusing sometimes too! Definitely recommend it - however I'd prefer more info about how certain features work than maybe some tutorials would do wonders here :) Great product overall though!!
