Generally happy. Have used and owned many different paper cutters over the years. It's worth the price. It's smaller than many of the ones I've had and lighter so it's easier to store/move around (and I have nerve issues in my arms). The bar is firmly fixed on it, so you can fix the paper without using your hands and then cut it. Vinyl doesn't cut as well as I'd hoped, but I've already dulled the blade by cutting through hundreds of sheets of paper from making wedding invitations.
