I've ordered a lot of tights. Some are expensive. Others are less. On others I've been lucky enough to wear 1 or 2 times before the tights slip or snag, even if I'm careful. But these ballerinas are the best! As with all tights, it is important to help your child put them on. I start by pulling 1 leg into a tight knot, have her push her leg and hold it tight and straight until I lift 1 leg up to about her knee. Then I do the same with the other leg. Once both legs are at knee height, I place her in a wide stance until the pantyhose sticks together in my hand, pull first one leg, then the other a little, and keep pulling until I put them on her. Grits I then wet my fingers (to avoid getting caught on my nails) to pull out any clumps in the thigh. In addition, the opening at the bottom of these tights allows air to pass through. No more smelly apartments. I put some baby powder in my granddaughter's ballet flats before she puts them on to make her more comfortable. Hand wash with some liquid, hang dry and they will last a month. * My granddaughter has long legs and a small tummy, so I ordered one size up. Ideal.
