Headphones don't work properly

I really like the white keyboard, especially the backlit one, the mouse is ok, looks good but I don't know what to make of the fact that it's not wireless is. Which still works, I just like the sensitivity a little higher. As for the headphones, they don't work properly. The quality is very poor and the volume is low. When you listen to music, you only hear the beat.
