A bed bumper is an easy way to make your bed look tidier. You used to have that bed skirt that matched your comforter pattern, and you've used the same skirt for as long as you've had that comforter. Now you have bed sheets, so you can change them. old ones that used to have to be placed under the mattress and although they were very reliable this was a big problem and it took a lot of effort to put them in the right place. These new ones are good.like a skirt. They wrap around the box spring or frame and hide the bottom of the bed. This one had two straps that were not fully attached at one end. I suspect this should give you some flexibility between King and California King sizing. I'm king and the largest set of spacebars was fine. You pull it across your bed, making sure the end of the strap is pointing toward your headboard, and position it in place. This strap was less than some of the others I have, so it ruffled the skirt towards the headboard a bit. I was able to figure it out, but the opposite happened with my other beds. It's good that you can set the height of the bed rail as beds vary. My other didn't have that option. Good price and looks good.
