So I took a chance and unfortunately many of the missing/duplicate reviews are correct. We are missing a zebra but have an extra queen. I called the learning resources and they don't give out the extra part. They said to call the seller aka Amazon. My guess is that Amazon wants me to return the acorn set and they will come out with a new one (which also probably has a higher chance of having the missing part). For one, it's too cumbersome for me, so we'll just skip it, but I find it very annoying! On the other hand, this activity set is charming, durable and made of durable material. I didn't notice any smell. My daughter and I have so much fun with it every day. For these reasons, despite the missing part 1, I am happy with my purchase, but I wish this company would sort this out as it is an ongoing problem. It can't be that hard to ship a complete product or at least release spare parts. I'd say I'm definitely buying it, but be prepared for the possibility that I may have to return depending on the situation of the piece.
