The Skechers Max Cushioning Premier Vantage Men's Shoe started off great: good fit, comfortable, etc. However, after only two months of occasional wear, I've noticed that the 'Goga Mat' insole depresses the heel so much that the arch area the insole puts excessive pressure on the arch of the foot. The Goga mat also provides deep compression at the toe and ball of each shoe. I've been through many hiking and training shoes over the years, but I can typically wear them for at least two years before the insoles compress enough that the insoles in this pair of Max Cushioning Skechers. . For this reason I can only give this shoe one star.
