Don't forget mass!
Easy installation, I snapped it onto the new spare wheel mount. However, my radio gave me an "Antenna Warning" message. I googled and found that it was most likely caused by bad grounding. The spare wheel mount was powder coated so I took my Dremel tool and sanded away the paint underneath where the mount attaches. Problem solved! I then added a quick connector so the antenna could be easily removed before washing the car.
