The tester seems to work as described so far. It feels good and reliable, just like every other Fluke tool I own. The reason I'm giving it four stars is because it didn't come with batteries or the case that came in the package listed. So I'm wondering if I got a refund. The front of the box specifically states that a sleeve is included. There is also a slot that houses 4 AA batteries in a molded case.
