It really works! for mattress covers

I took a chance and ordered this product because it hurts every time my back gets hot. Therefore, it was extremely difficult to lie in bed with her husband. Now this cool (literally) thin pad has changed everything. It doesn't stay cool for hours. But I have a few hours before I have to get up. And after a few minutes it's cold again. Such a blessing to me! I have no idea how it works, but it works! They don't have to be refrigerated or frozen. I just leave it on my bedside table until I go to bed.
