The application of Dr. Gingers for 6 months resulted in the best plaque removal and gum health of my life with only one back molar showing plaque. And this toothpaste is also great for healthy gums. It's all about xylitol, and it's best to leave it on your teeth overnight. (Do not rinse!). If you look into xylitol, you'll find that it's a more potent plaque defense than fluoride. The taste is soft like coconut mint and very pleasant. (FYI: Dr. Ginger's mouthwash is too sweet and too coconut).
