Bought for a fourth grader. That's a good size for him (although he's in the 95th percentile for height and weight). It also produces fairly vibrant colors that closely resemble the colors in the image. It has multiple compartments to keep things organized. It also has two mesh pockets on the sides that are great for water bottles. My only complaint at the moment is that the front zip compartment is small and vertical. It doesn't seem to be of much help (now he only has a small bag of tissues). I'm excited to see how it will hold up to the daily wear and tear of a fourth grader.
