Tallest Mop I've EVER Seen!

I just took the mop out of the box and tried it for the first time. It came already pretty much fully assembled. Just had to put the mop stick together and attach the mop head to the bottom by popping it on. It's definitely fun to use, as I had never heard of a spin mop until I went to search for mops on Revain last week. From reading reviews on several different brands, it seems these Spin Mops have been a thing for at least 10 years now, so I have no idea where I've been or how I didn't know these existed. But I'm glad I came across this Oshang Mop because I really like it so far. It's really confusing me the fact that I keep seeing so many reviews that this mop is too short.because this mop is literally taller than me! Now, I'm not the tallest woman on Earth, I'm only about 5'4". But seriously, how tall does a person need to be for this mop to be considered short? I'm thinking the people who said the mop was too short didn't realize that it can be locked in its extended position. The same way you unlatch the locking part to spin the mop inside the bucket, is the same way you can extend the mop handle. Just unlatch the locking part and pull up the mop to the desired height, then latch it back to secure it in place. If you look at the photos I've attached, you can see how tall the mop is next to a standard sized refrigerator. At its shortest setting, it's pretty standard length. And at its highest setting, it's almost the exact same height as the fridge. My husband is 6'5" and he said this mop is perfect for him! He was shocked, because usually mops and brooms ARE too short for him. So unless you're like an NBA player, I can't really see how this mop would be too short for you LOL.The only downfall that I've noticed about the mop (and the reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars) is that it can be a tad challenging to keep it parallel to the floor as you mop. Sometimes the mop flips onto its side and the brown circle part of the mop flips onto its side and you have to stop mopping to get the mop back flat onto the ground. But once you get used to using it, you kind of get used to how much pressure to apply, and how to maneuver it correctly, and it becomes easier to use. So I'm looking forward to trying it out more and really enjoying my very first spin mop ever!

Pros
  • The mop heads are easily replaced when they become worn out, making this cleaning system more cost-effective in the long term
Cons
  • The handle may be too heavy or difficult to maneuver for people with mobility or strength issues

I use this mop primarily for tile floors. It''s got a thick mop head which readily spins as wet or dry as I want and it''s easy to maneuver. My only wish is that the handle for the water bucket were a little more comfortable to use and didn''t allow the bucket, filled to its water fill line, to tilt quite so much. Overall, it''s a great mop.
