Review on Centerforce DF193890 Friction Clutch Pressure by Fred Vazquez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Centerforce has earned my trust.

I bought this clutch for my 1991 Jeep Wrangler because I was removing the transmission to replace an old inner slave cylinder with an outer one. working cylinder. The old clutch was a bit difficult for the car. So when I saw the claims for smoother clutch engagement and less pedal effort, this was exactly what I was looking for to improve ride comfort. Packaging When it got to my house it was shrink-wrapped to keep everything in the box. The clutch itself is bolted to a rigid cardboard backing to ensure it doesn't move or scratch any of the surfaces. Also in the box were several clutch alignment tools for input shafts of different sizes, that is, from different gearboxes. That was my first repair attempt. / Change of this value. The work went smoothly. I was able to do it over the weekend and just needed help getting the gearbox back into place. After the job was done, my wife and I decided to drive to Santa Clarita from the Inland Empire in Southern California. and while driving we decided to take Highway 74 through the mountains. All the while my wife commented on how well the jeep drove, how well it drove and how smooth everything seemed. On the way home I let my wife drive the last 20 miles to make her feel better. The difference is driving a jeep. My wife was skeptical of much of the work I put into the Wrangler and I know she drove it before I started swapping parts. When I asked her to drive, she was happy that it worked and drove well, and happy that I had great confidence in his driving ability. When I asked her what she thought of the jeep when she finally got home, the answer was "like butter". I have confidence in this product and the build quality is definitely high.
