This adapter charges pretty quickly. It reminds me of the iPod chargers of yesteryear, only it has 2 ports labeled 2.4A and "Smart ID". I've already used it to charge my iPad Air and it charged pretty quickly. It's called a travel charger, but it's not a travel charger, it's something else. It is called a travel charger due to its ability to fold and fold the power plug for easier packing or keeping in a bag. Its dimensions are a 2" x 1" box with curved side edges and corners. The USB port has a blue LED that glows when nothing is connected to it. I've found that the light won't turn off and stays on all the time even with something plugged into it. It also came in an elegant box with instructions and a warranty card. In summary, this product has shown that it can successfully do what it was designed to do and I will see how long it can continue to do its job. I will come back to update this review if I find any flaws in the product over time.
