the ends curled after first wash before we even got the chance to use it. Front is cotton and back material is fleece.Otherwise it feels soft enough. Followed washing instructions of adding vinegar to the wash prior to first use to prevent fading. I cannot tell if color stayed. Looks faded a bit.
