A must if you have a high temperature range
These are heavy cast iron enamelled diffusers that mount on top of the burner and spread the heat over a larger area. Stove that automatically heats up to a higher calorific value even at the lowest temperature (like a gas stove), these diffusers offer a lower temperature for real cooking or cooking at a lower temperature. Very European, they are made in Italy I believe, not dishwasher safe but wash them in the sink with some soap and dishwater. I love them, I have three of these for the gas stove. Everything is well packaged and shipped promptly.
