This mattress is perfect for Delta Children's Sutton crib. There was a slight odor when first opened, but that quickly dissipated after airing it out for a few days. This mattress is firm and comfortable for my newborn. I have a box spring bed for my first child. The spiral mattress is comfortable but very heavy. It's always difficult to change the sheets. I'm glad this mattress is much lighter yet firm enough for my newborn. This mattress has a removable cotton cover. According to the label, they are made from organic cotton. It feels soft and breathable. However, I always use a mattress topper, so it doesn't really matter. My baby only slept on this mattress to sleep as he still mostly sleeps in the cradle in our room. He seems to like the mattress enough. The price of this mattress is quite reasonable and the quality is okay. I'm glad I made the purchase. I would recommend it!
