Trying to move the device a month and a few days after purchase (and outside the return period) and the glass came off the base. The three metal connectors are no longer attached to the glass and only one is still attached, but it has come loose from the base. No longer provides a stable surface for the car, essentially useless now. The box doesn't open fully either. So if you're fully undressed, you won't be able to use most of the rear slots. You can slide the pod in by pushing it in, but good luck getting it out. It takes all sorts of finger twists to pull it out of the drawer again. Bad design over bad quality. But at least now that the broken pane of glass falls clean, I can finally get to the final capsules.
