Terrible instructions and a product that worked fine for a year and then broke.
Terrible, painfully incomplete instructions. However, their customer service was very good and their software was built-in remote support. The ID card reader does what it is supposed to do. Edit: a year later. The product broke because the buttons stopped working. I got insurance with it but it took a week for them to get back to me and then I had to mail it to them for an unknown amount of time.
