These silicone chair leg cups are no doubt great for protecting the floor and helping the chair legs slide smoothly, but I bought them for a different reason. I have two rocking chairs that were sometimes placed in such a way that they would hit the wall if rocked too hard (grandson). Rather than mess with them for peeling paint, I tried covering the ridges on the top of the back with cut up tennis balls, like an old man's walker. They didn't look good, but they worked. But I saw these and decided to try them and they are great! They hide the wooden handles but are much less visible and protect the walls quite well.
