The whole process of taking orders from customers to paying them was very easy as it had everything I needed in one place.

Also managing customer payments (credit approval) was so much easier than with other solutions we've used before! There's nothing that i dislike about this product at all - great software, simple interface, fast response time when issues arise etc. We're using OTC to provide our clients access to secure cashless transactions without having to rely solely on third party providers like PayPal or banks who may charge fees.
