Tester works and reads 315MHz (as 315.5) and 390MHz (as 390.5) correctly. I have two issues with the product: First, when I tried it with a battery that my battery tester said was weak but still good, the device turned on and worked for just a few seconds before stopping completely. Then I tried it with a fresh battery and it actually worked as advertised. Second, the device comes with absolutely no instructions. I had to use the instructions listed in the Revain description to figure out where to place the remote I was testing.
