Received a used brush.
Overall the quality of the brush was good, the bristles were soft enough for children's hair. Reason for 1 star, I received a used brush. It was covered in scratches and dents, not to mention dirty, like it had been lying on the floor for ages. With that image in my mind, I couldn't use it for my child and threw it away. Very disappointed.
