Helps with hip pain
I had back pain from a hip strain. I suspected a sacroiliac deformity and tried this belt. I found out later that the reason was different, but this belt really helped a lot and allowed me to continue working in the garden without much pain. The only thing I didn't like was that it rose into the wrong position when bent. However, it was great to just walk on it. It pulls in and up the sides of your thighs and really feels like it's aligning things.
