Will not fit Wiper and Washer

This is a replacement part but it fits just as carelessly as the worn one I was trying to repair. He did absolutely wrong. Now I will pick up the car and order parts. Wait and disassemble the machine again. I just wasted the little time I was hoping it would work instead of buying the entire link.
