I needed a spoon holder so I went for this one and it's fine - spoons rest on it and it's silicone so it's easy to clean and safe when the spoon is very hot. I chose this because it's good value for money as it comes with 2 spoon holders (I'm planning on using the second one for brushes) and a bonus sponge. I didn't want a sponge but oh my gosh it's great for removing cat hair from fabrics like chair cushions or blankets. I just tried it on a whim, thinking it wouldn't be great (but not for anything) but oh my god he did it so well and so quickly. I have many types of cat hair removers (tape, felt brushes) and to be honest it works as well or better on many things I've tried. For that reason alone, I think it was worth it.
