My thighs are 18 inches. I weigh 135 pounds. These cut the circulation off and are being returned.The fabric is nice, however, if you have skinny legs.Another issue is they are not just "stay up" stockings; they have an elastic band on the top as well (with very little stretch.The small size of these is laughable.
