A bit disappointing.
This is my personal verdict: DISADVANTAGES: The handle is not ergonomic, but still handy, if a bit uncomfortable. The temperature display is dark and very difficult to read. The heat settings are right where I hold the comb with my thumb, so I keep unwittingly changing the settings as I straighten my hair. (There is no other way to hold the device.) The bristles of the brush are very short, so long and/or thick hair must be divided into smaller sections. The outer bristles are deformed when first used. Pros: Heats up quickly and smooths thick, coarse hair.
