Disappointed with this deck bracket
According to my experience, the Simpson Strong Tie DPT7Z Deck Post bracket is not as strong as I expected it to be. Despite being marketed as an "Industrial and Scientific" hardware, the bracket did not withstand the weight of my deck post and started to bend and warp after just a few months of use..
