A bit fiddly, but now it works great!
Bought to use with my 2020 16" MacBook Pro. It took a while for it to recognize my dock and external monitor. The only issue I'm having right now , is that I can't let my computer sleep. In fact, it overheats and turns itself off. I know it's a computer problem, not the dock's fault. It's just uncomfortable. Next. All connections seem to work. It helps increase USB capacity and my Dell monitor does a great job!
