Well designed to relieve foot pain.

I have swelling in my lower extremities due to arthritis and fluid buildup. This pillow saved my life. I lift my legs for several hours every day. Since then I haven't been sick anymore. A few notes. I'm 5 feet 2 inches. You can see it in my photo, it is most comfortable for those who are 5'3" to 5'3" tall. Possibly 5 feet 4 inches. Which can be a bit stressful. Not sure about memory foam. he is soft It came in an incredibly small box. Do not be surprised. It was vacuum packed. It takes several hours to reach the maximum size. The gray cover is velvety and soft. Its weight keeps it in place as we move and squirm to make us comfortable. I wish it had a loop or something to help us bring the pillow closer to the body.
