Review on PDP Xbox One Chat Gaming Headset Xbox One by John Iverson

I'll start this review by saying that I have a huge head and wear glasses which makes finding a comfortable headset both in the torture figuratively as well as literally. I got this headset after my Sony PS4 Silver headset broke (the top of the headband cracked because it couldn't take the pressure to support my huge head) and after that I didn't want to spend another $60 for a replacement . To be honest, at this price I was expecting to get the same flimsy, falling-apart third-party mics I regularly sold during my days as a game store clerk, but I figured I wouldn't fret as much if this thing inevitably breaks down . the stress of spending hours trying to encase my giant brain. So I'm really surprised that this is actually a wonderful little headset. When I took it out of the box and saw the little curl of the plastic headband, I thought there was no way it could stretch around my proverbial skull planet, let alone make it comfortable, but it did in both places. . It's very light yet durable and the earbud distributes the pressure around my ear very well (no red marks after long sessions) and doesn't let the temple of my glasses dig into my flesh. To be honest, after setting it up properly, I almost forgot I was wearing it. My only real complaint is that the mic boom is quite long and can snap when lowered to the end of its reach, and this position puts the mic under my jawline where it can rub against my shirt, beard, and various other obstacles. when I move and move. However, this is a minor inconvenience that's easily remedied by simply not snapping it into the locked position and letting it slide to a more appropriate position, and it's stiff enough to stay there so I really don't mind the product got as it is simple solution. TL; The DR is a quality headset for the price and is comfortable if you have an extra large skull and/or wear glasses.
