I was skeptical when I opened the box and took out the wedge cushion. It felt extremely firm and I wondered how it would be therapeutic and comfortable at the same time. I gave my wife her new car. She's only 5ft 2in tall and has a Nissan Versa. She likes to look over the hood and used a regular sofa cushion to sit on. It wasn't good for her back or her sciatic nerve. her once she has used it. She REALLY likes it! The 3 inch height is the perfect buoyancy she needed and her small booty is very comfortable. The firmness keeps her hips level. She also feels that her posture is straighter and does not slouch while driving. I had to do the test myself. I am also very small. I drove her car with the wedge pillow and YES she was very comfortable! I'm seriously considering getting one for my Jeep Wrangler! I definitely recommend them to everyone.
