Good screen, not perfect.

I used this screen to replace the OEM PSP Go screen and it worked. My only complaint was that the newly installed panel looked very different from the original screen.

Pros
  • Packing Height 2.032 cm
Cons
  • Some small things

Worked great

Repair effort: Medium. There is a good guide for ifixit. I had the ifixit toolkit so everything went pretty smoothly. Lots of little ribbon cables to unplug and plug in. Avoid repairs if you don't like it. Looked a little warmer than the original screen but I suspect it's just a batch difference. It's great that you can still find a display replacement for an eleven-year-old console.

Pros
  • Country of origin: CHINA
Cons
  • So far so good

Blown fuse in my PSPGO.

Apparently this can be. I've disassembled my PSPGO before with no problems. The block was completely off. When connecting a new screen, I found that there is absolutely no backlight. I could hear the audio and see the graphics when I hit the screen with the flashlight. There have been quite a few people online who have mentioned a blown fuse when replacing the LCD screen. There are 3 possible fuse positions. You have to search google for pictures showing where they are located. It's even harder

Pros
  • The length of the product in the package is 13.97 centimeters
Cons
  • Small things
