Review on 📊 EatSmart Precision Voyager SmartGrip - Enhanced Capacity by Michelle Carter

I recently bought this scale for a vacation. I used it to weigh our suitcases before packing. When I went to weigh our packed luggage a few days later, the battery was dead. Thinking someone left it on, we bought a spare battery. It worked great! Turned it off and made sure it was definitely off. On the morning of our trip we add all our last things. Get the scale and the battery is dead again! Tried to contact Eat Smart via Twitter as I had a great customer service experience with another product. No reply received. I'm incredibly disappointed in the lack of quality and response from a company I really liked. I have some of their other products and they work surprisingly well.
