Poor build quality for securing accessories

The plastic rivet was loose, the rivet wouldn't come loose but it doesn't hold the two halves together properly. in fact, it hardly holds them together. On a tool that is only about 10mm wide, the rivet has 3mm more, making this tool very messy.
