They stay in place during my runs with above average sound quality. I was very surprised at how good the phone calling features are. People say they hear me better with these headphones than with my Beats. Don't rely on a heart rate monitor. It's not even remotely accurate. However, to be honest, for me it was a bonus feature that I didn't take into account when buying it.
