Awesome skirt! in my review

Well made and very versatile. I love how it adjusts to different lengths in the front. I will be able to use this skirt for many more costumes in the future. My waist is about 37” and I ordered a size Large. It was a little snug so I snipped a couple of the elastic bands in the back and it draped nicely on my hips after that.
