This hub is fantastic and works very well. It's easy to use; It simply plugs into the left side of your MacBook (assuming you have two USB-C ports). I love the fact that it gives you two USB 3.0 ports, two USB C ports, an HDMI 4K port, and a micro SD and SD card slot. All of these ports on the device are about 1 inch wide by 4 inches long, almost as wide as my MacBook. I've had this hub for a few days now and it installs easily and haven't had any issues at all. It's a small issue, but I want it to match the color of my MacBook. The hub is gloss black, contrasting with my MacBook Space Gray (which has a factory matte finish). Another thing to remember is that you have to eject the drive before unplugging it every time you use the SD slots (which I think any hub that uses an SD slot needs , since it behaves like a hard disk). Everything is OK. I recommend this as an easy and inexpensive way to add a very compact USB hub adapter to your MacBook.
