The product exceeded my expectations. The product is well made. The plastic coating is durable and transparent. Absolutely no difficulties with the transparency. The plastic top with clasps works well and provides a tight seal. The nylon rope is easy to attach to the bag, convenient to use and wear around the neck. Pockets are roomy and secure. My wife and son were holding their iPhone 11s and mine was holding an iPhone X. Once inserted, the phones stay in place and don't move. The covers are easy to use. I don't even remember reading the manual. The packages were immediately ready for use without any problems. Packages work! We took her on a rafting day trip in Pennsylvania. My son decided to swim in the river with his phone in a case and the case worked perfectly! No water gets in at all. I only gave 4 stars for the touchscreen. You can operate the touchscreen through the plastic case, but it's clunky and not very accurate. I could swipe the screen and such, but texting from a phone in a pocket is impractical. However, this is not necessarily a disadvantage of the case. In fact, I was impressed that the face ID and swipe worked at all given the sturdy plastic construction. A must-have and must-have for water sports. But I don't think this product is intended for scuba diving or prolonged underwater use. After use, I recommend washing the case with soapy water and thoroughly air drying it inside and out. When storing I add a little baby powder in and out of the pouch to keep the plastic from sticking.
