This is an amazing product but there are some connectivity issues. Sometimes it just doesn't work? For example when I draw a line it glitches and disappears as you can see in the video (and it's not an app). I love the stylus and it's incredibly easy to use, but if I could get some help or a new working stylus that would be great.
