As another reviewer said, the photo shows a non-OEM HP cartridge. What we received was a used cartridge with a chipped case and toner smudges all over it, in a pretty box with a label to convince us it's an OEM quality product. Also, there was no packing list and nothing to indicate the status of another item that should have been in the same batch but was missing. You fooled us once, shame on us. But Vivamart will never have a chance to fool us again. False advertising, poor quality and lack of basic documentation have excluded them from our approved suppliers list.
