I agree with everyone else - they look great, work as advertised and will most likely protect your photos during an earthquake. But if you need an extra 5" x 7" bezel or two, forget it. I will have to buy a completely different set. I can't afford another set. I just need a few shots to complete my little "gallery wall". I live off disability. I don't have stairs - I only have one wall in my apartment. This company does not offer frames smaller than 8" x 10" unless you purchase a full set of frames from them. And no one else makes frames that even come close. So I'm stuck in an inappropriate wall of frames (call me OCD if you will, but the idea drives me a bit crazy) or I undo the whole set and start over. Since I've already unpacked and hung them up - I don't feel entitled to do so. uhh. I had to bend the wall hooks to fit through the cardboard holes on the back of the frame or just hang them on the frame itself. Fragile cardboard with holes, seriously. They didn't leave enough space between them and the frame for decently sized frame hangars. You either use the smaller ones (and risk dropping images because they're too heavy) or you use the larger ones (and they look silly). Since I live in Texas and we don't get earthquakes, I took a chance and got smaller. So yes - 3 stars and you are lucky to get them. That's simply because they look good when you pick them up, and they hold your photos in place well - much better than the dollar store. ;))
